Vivid Press provides photo and art printing services, including file review, paper and size consultation, test prints, and production of approved print work. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and confirmation of the requested scope.
Prices, if provided, are based on print size, paper, and quantity, and test prints may be charged separately. Payment methods accepted for confirmed orders are limited to the methods communicated at the time of order.
Before production, files may be checked for basic technical issues within the agreed preflight scope. This review does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless expressly agreed in writing.
You must have all rights and permissions needed for any image, artwork, font, trademark, or other content you submit. Vivid Press does not acquire those rights for you and may refuse content that appears unsuitable for production.
Print results may vary by paper, finish, file quality, and production batch, and exact screen-to-print matching is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Vivid Press is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or damage arising from customer-provided files or approved production choices.
